Did I oversleep? That felt great.
Poiyo had asked himself that when he woke up and looked at the time on his clock. By the time it was 12 in the afternoon he had finally gotten up and headed out to enjoy some time to himself. The Toshima Ward while not popular as other wards it still a nice place to come to. There wasn't any one reason why Poiyo decided to come here he just pick this ward and drove over there. So here he was looking around some shops and even thinking about trying out one of the restaurants later on when he gets hungry. He did have one light meal, a simple sandwich to hold him over for now. Other then that there was not much he would need to do except maybe pick up something here or there but there was nothing urgent. It was his time off and he wanted to enjoy that while he is able to before college picks up and gets him busier then he can imagine.
It might not be a bad idea to check out laptops.
While he was at a electronic store he checked out many of the laptops on sale. Something basic for classwork would be a nice. Granted some classes still has students write everything down but more and more have been allowing laptops to type up their work as a alternative. So after about five to ten minutes Poiyo left the store with some options in mind. Poiyo took a seat on a bench and thought it over but at the same time was taking the moment to relax and enjoy the simplicity of sitting at a bench in a shopping district.
I guess I will stick around here longer then intended.

SeeU couldn't remember the last time she had a day off from streaming online. She had been doing it everyday of her life so it was pretty much second nature to her. This was the first time she's ever had a day to herself so she was going to make the most of this day and not sleep for the majority of it. She hadn't been to the Toshima ward since she's been here but did enough research to know that tourists came here to enjoy the enormous department stores, shops, restaurants, and everything else it had to offer. She planned on checking out a few of the stores and then head to a cafe or a restaurant for a bite to eat.[break][break]
Dressed in a red plaid dress with her blonde fluff of hair tied into a bun, she entered one of the stores to pick up new headphones and see the other things they had on sale. The ones she's been using were a bit old so she definitely needed an upgrade. Actually, she needed to upgrade her whole gaming set but was a little stumped on what to buy. There were so many different types of desktops, monitors, microphones, and keyboards that she had no idea where to start. SeeU wasn't even entirely sure that the headphones she bought were good enough. Hmm... this will have to do. She thought to herself and exited the store to move on to the next place on her list.[break][break]
SeeU headed over to the cafe and ordered hot chocolate and a bagel to go. She wanted to make a few more stops before heading back the way she came. The blonde took a seat on a bench where someone else was sitting and set her bag on the ground beside her. She took a sip out of the hot chocolate and reached over to her bag to pull out a map. SeeU didn't know much Japanese so it was a bit difficult to figure out what part of Toshima she was in. Was she near one of the clothing department stores? She had no idea.[break][break]
"I think... I'm right here?" The blonde muttered with a sigh.

What a wonderful moment to relax all while thinking what to do next. Check out a few more stores before eating or just eat right away? Both tempting it was just hard to decide which to do. Everything was fine until his eyes were starting to warn him of something coming close though he cannot tell who exactly given that there are so many people out here.
What now?
Poiyo looked around to find the possible source but of course he is reminded that there are too many people here. Poiyo stayed seated and waiting for something to come but nothing was appearing. Even after feeling someone else taking a seat did Poiyo not pay attention until the eyes reacted in a way to tell that the person was very close. As in next to him. To which Poiyo turn to see a girl with blonde hair. Judging from her appearance she was Korean. She does not look hostile but just to be safe just sit down for a moment. Minding his business. Alright it seems that everything was okay. Actually glancing over the girl looks like she was having trouble with where she was going. She probably have difficulty with Japanese. Second languages are always like that.
If she's not hostile I could say something.
Poiyo waited a moment before finally speaking up though it was only a quick question that can be simply answered yes or no. Of not he can drop it and move on.
"Are you lost?"

Are you lost? SeeU was dreading to hear those words. She wasn't lost. How could she be when she was simply going to another store that probably wasn't far from here? She wouldn't be having this problem if she studied her Japanese a little more before moving to Tokyo. That was pretty much a must for the blonde to do before living in a place where little to no one spoke Korean or English. She definitely had to put a day aside to study more of the language so she wouldn't run into this problem again.[break][break]
She couldn't deny the fact that she was lost no matter how hard she tried to. It wasn't hard to see it with how she was fumbling with the paper in her hands and pronouncing words incorrectly. SeeU sighed a little again as she took her eyes off the map to look over at the person who had spoken to her. The first thing she noticed was his crimson red eyes and bright blue hair. Did a lot of people in Japan have unusual colored eyes? It was kind of cool.[break][break]
"Aheh... is it that obvious?" She chuckled nervously. "I'm trying to find the nearest clothing store but I'm not sure if I'm here-" She reached over slightly to show him the map and pointed to where she thought she was, "Or here." The blonde pointed to a different location but wasn't entirely sure that was even close to where she was now.[break][break]
How many times was this? Ten? Twenty? SeeU was surprised there wasn't a world record for how many times a person can be lost. She would hold that record for many years to come... sadly. No wonder she didn't leave her apartment that often. It would usually end up like this.

It is obvious.
So this girl was looking for the clothing store and she could not figure out where her current location was. Poiyo had taken a look at the map she was showing him and pointing at the spots where she thought she was. Poiyo took a second to look and figure out she was. So Poiyo turn the map back to the girl's direction and then pointed to the spot she was at.
"You're right here. It is a bit of distance to where you want to go."
Poiyo explained to the girl that way she would know where to go next. Though if Japanese isn't her first language then it is possible for her to get lost again. If Poiyo was in another county whose language he did not know of then he too would be lost and looking around maybe even in a panic.
"Do you understand?"
Poiyo had asked to see if she might still have trouble or not. In the mean time his eyes were still giving him a heads up so it is possible that she is not exactly human. But if she isn't hostile then no worries.
Now that I think about it I wonder if she is something completely different then what is usually found in Japan. A being native to Korea perhaps.
"Do you still need some help?"

The blonde would be lying if she told him she understood when he pointed out the location to where she was. It was easier said than done and she was still having trouble with comprehending the directions. It wouldn't be too far off to compare SeeU to that of a doll in this situation; small and helpless. Such words described her perfectly but she wasn't going to let it get to her. With a shake from her head, SeeU stared down at the map for a very long time as if that would make it easier. "Not really... I don't quite understand it." She sighed slightly and placed the map down on her lap to take a sip of her hot chocolate and think about his question. The help would be nice....[break][break]
Suddenly, there was a loud noise coming from a shop a few feet away which caused the blonde to jump out of her seat from being startled. A bit of the hot chocolate spilled on SeeU's dress and the map fell to the floor, but that was the least of her problems. Her cat ears had popped out from the scare but she managed to tuck them back into her blonde locks from being seen. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only thing that came out to say 'hello'. Her tail which was usually hidden from sight was out in the open and curled at the tip. It swayed back and forth like a pendulum before standing upright once the feline realized it was there.[break][break]
"Don't... panic." SeeU mumbled to herself, took a seat back on the bench to pick up the map, and deal with the spill on her dress. There was no need to get so worked up. Cat accessories were the normal here so there was nothing to worry about. No one could tell if they were real even though they weren't there before; so she was fine right? All she had to do was relax and they'd disappear in a little bit... hopefully.[break][break]

Poiyo explained the directions and the map as best as he could but the girl must be one of those with a bad sense of direction because she did not understand it. It happens but Poiyo will have to either explain it better or do something else to help her out. Maybe get someone else to take her though it is not like he has anywhere important to go to. Poiyo was about to repeat what he said in a hopefully easier manner when he heard a noise coming from a shop close by. It was loud enough to startle the girl and it even surprised him a bit.
What the heck was that? Were they trying to set up music?
When Poiyo turn back to the girl he notice the stain on her dress because she dropped her chocolate but there was also something odd. He saw her hands on her head as if to hide something but real shocker was what was behind her. A tail. A cat tail. It did not take long for Poiyo to figure out what was going on or to react appropriately and by acting appropriately he immediately jumped to his feet and looked at her with shock for a moment before speaking.
"Okay look I don't know what you are but I don't want you killing me or whatever it is that you want."
Not until he said that did he think of something else. Maybe this person isn't one of those dangerous people out to kill humans. Oops.
